Terms of Sale

1. Applicability of Terms

1.1. The owner of the online store valordanto.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Valordanto (registry code 10344870), located at Tiiva tee 4, Loo village, Jõelähtme municipality, Harju county, 74201, Estonia. 1.2. These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

2. Conclusion of Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

2.1. Prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. 2.2. A fee for delivery of goods will be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. 2.3. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. 3.2. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method for the products. The amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution. 3.3. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s bank account. 3.4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, receipt may take up to 7 business days.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Finland. 4.2. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method. 4.3. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. 4.4. Deliveries outside Estonia generally take place within 14 calendar days. 4.5. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days. 4.6. If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation of a delivery delay and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline set by the Online Store shall apply.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. 5.2. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. The right of withdrawal also does not apply, in accordance with § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act, to goods: * that spoil or age quickly; * that are delivered in sealed packaging and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been opened after delivery (e.g., opened spices/food products). 5.3. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store. 5.4. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods. 5.5. To return goods, a free-form application for withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted to the email address info@valordanto.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. 5.6. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., a wrong or defective item). 5.7. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. 5.8. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will immediately refund to the buyer all payments received under the contract, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal application. 5.9. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first. 5.10. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost associated with the ordinary delivery method.

6. Right to File a Complaint

6.1. The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and appears within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer. 6.2. Within the first year from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s obligation to refute this presumption. 6.3. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest, by sending an email to info@valordanto.ee or by calling +372 5807 1223. 6.4. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods were handed over to the buyer due to the buyer’s actions or inactions (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or due to normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use of the item. 6.5. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. 6.6. The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form allowing written reproduction within 15 days.

7. Processing of Personal Data

7.1. The Online Store processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address info@valordanto.ee or by calling +372 5807 1223. 8.2. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be reviewed and an application submitted here. 8.3. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of a buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. 8.4. The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
